6. Custom & Bridal Orders

  • Bridal dresses made according to customer measurements or customized designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, lace, embellishments, or stitching are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-wear items may only be eligible for exchange or return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or videos.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Customized bridal dresses, stitched orders, altered products, sale items, and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect exists.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing. Once production, stitching, or shipping has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

10. Intellectual Property
